Regular basic cleaning services:

Includes sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning the bathrooms, cleaning outside refrigerator, stove, microwave, or any electro domestic in the kitchen, and undust furniture.

Smart cleaning services:

Includes everything in the regular basic cleaning package plus cleaning under the sink, deep cleaning of the refrigerator and organizing around the house.

Deep cleaning services:

Includes regular basic and smart cleaning package plus moving furniture around or cleaning behind sofa, under the beds or any other detail that you request.

POST CLEAN INSPECTION REPORT

Prior to, during, and following our cleans, our staff is instructed to observe. After the cleaning is complete, our team provides a post-cleaning inspection report to our operations team, notifying us of any issues such as a broken light bulb, a leak under the sink, or a if the battery in your electronic lock is running low for example.
We send you the report for your records if an observation is made.

RESTOCKING AMENITY AND INVENTORY

To ensure guest happiness and, consequently, favorable reviews and ratings, it’s crucial to keep your short-term vacation rental property fully stocked with the amenities and other supplies it requires.

We make sure to note any low supplies before we depart so that the following visitor will always have ample amenities

STANDARD TURNOVER CLEANS

Washing sheets, making beds Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, light switches and door handles dishwashing and putting dishes away.

Mopping and vacuuming floors Cleaning the toilets, showers, and bathtubs removing hair and removing garbage.
